**Collections
- ATC follows up with late payees either on an hourly basis or as part of the Premium service.
- Payees exceeding 120 days due may be referred to a collections agency with Client’s approval.
**COD - Cash on Delivery - Cashiers Check, Money Order or Company Check
- The Client or sales agent requests COD terms indicating type of payment (Money Order, Cashiers Check or Company Check), the total amount due and customer’s phone number.
- When the order is delivered, payment is picked up by the driver and is mailed to ATC.
- Upon receipt (8 – 14 days), COD checks are posted with the Clients other deposits.
Credit Application Processing
- The US customer fills out a Credit Application and submits it to the Client or direct to ATC.
- At least 3 current vendors are contacted, for payment information about the customer.
- Additional reports can be purchased from Dun & Bradstreet, a national credit reporting agency.
- Credit summaries by ATC are sent within 3-4 weeks to the Client with a recommendation.
Credit Card Processing in US Dollars (Visa, MasterCard, Amex Only)
- Depending upon Business Management Service set up, the Client either submits a Processing Request Form or the customer provides credit card information direct to ATC.
- ATC processes the credit card and advises the Client or ships, upon approval.
- If the card is declined after two attempts, ATC contacts the Client or the customer.
- Processing fees are deducted in ATC’s monthly invoice.
EDI Set Up & Ongoing Services
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to communicate Orders, Invoices and more information to larger US retail organizations.
- In some circumstances, EDI set up is mandatory for doing business with a retailer.
- ATC establishes the set up from start to finish.
- Ongoing orders are sent direct to ATC for rapid order fulfillment.
US Importer of Record
- ATC and the US Customs Broker work together to clear and deliver orders, so the US customer receives the orders without any of the hassles of importing.
- Clients use ATC’s continuous US Customs Bond - no bond purchases necessary (samples only).
- ATC’s Guidance with paperwork and documentation offers hassle-free clearance.
